All prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
All quotations are valid for a period of seven (7) days from the date of issue and are subject to change due to stock availability or pricing adjustments.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments must be made using the approved payment methods listed on the Website.
- Delivery, Stock Availability, Product Use, and Returns
7.1 Stock Availability and Fulfilment
For Artav and Maxe products, we do not keep physical stock in-store. Stock is managed and fulfilled directly by our suppliers. All courier services and product guarantees for these items are provided by the supplier.
For bonnet guards, weather shields, and similar accessories, we keep limited stock. Additional stock is shipped regularly from our suppliers. Customers are encouraged to confirm stock availability before placing an order.
7.2 Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Under normal circumstances, deliveries are completed within the standard courier timeframes communicated at checkout.
In exceptional or extreme circumstances, customers must allow up to fourteen (14) business days for delivery.
Bromvoël Outdoor Accessories (Pty) Ltd shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier services, suppliers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 Product Use – Stick-On Automotive Accessories
Certain products sold by Bromvoël Outdoor Accessories (Pty) Ltd, including but not limited to stick-on bonnet guards, bonnet garnishes, door cladding, weather shields, headlight trims, and other adhesive-mounted accessories, are professionally installed by trained technicians using automotive-grade adhesive tape.
Customers are advised to take extra care when washing their vehicle, particularly when using chemicals, high-pressure washing machines, or automated and hand car wash facilities.
Detergents, chemicals, and high-pressure water may penetrate underneath the adhesive tape, which can cause the product to loosen or detach.
Many modern vehicles are treated with ceramic coatings, paint protection coatings, graphene coatings, wax-based sealants, paint protection products, or other aftermarket surface treatments. These coatings may significantly reduce the bonding strength of automotive adhesive tape and may prevent stick-on accessories from adhering correctly.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Bromvoël Outdoor Accessories (Pty) Ltd, before any fitment takes place, if the vehicle has been treated with any ceramic coating, paint protection coating, sealant, wax, or similar surface treatment.
Where such a coating is present, Bromvoël Outdoor Accessories (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee that adhesive-mounted products will bond to the vehicle as intended. We shall not be liable for any loosening, detachment, failure of adhesion, re-fitment costs, replacement products, labour charges, or any consequential losses resulting from the presence of such coatings or treatments.
Should a customer fail to disclose the existence of any coating or surface treatment prior to installation, any subsequent re-fitment, removal, replacement, or additional labour required will be carried out at the customer’s expense.
While we guarantee the quality of the product itself, we cannot guarantee the manner in which the product is used, maintained, installed, or cared for after delivery, nor can we guarantee adhesion where surface coatings or treatments interfere with the bonding process.
Damage, detachment, or failure resulting from improper use, undisclosed surface coatings, high-pressure washing, chemical exposure, or inadequate care will not constitute a manufacturing defect.
7.4 Returns and Refunds
